About Me
Hey there! I am Nirmal Chandra Kunal. I am Electrical Engineer by profession and Web developer by passion. I had done my engineering from SKN-Sinhgad Institute Of Technology, pune. After college I started my carrer in Web developing because i love to do coding. This is my very first portfolio/project on web developing. In this i also included my main-project and mini-project which i had made during my college year. Many things are still left to learn and i will do my best.
My Project Work
IOT Based Smart Meter
Our main objective was the theft detection using sensor. In the Internet of Things (IOT) model, many of the living and non-living things that encompass us will be on the internet in one form or another. Driven by the popularity of gadgets empowered by wire-less technological innovation such as Wireless Bluetooth, Radio Frequency Identification, Wireless-Fidelity, embedded sensor, IoT has moved out from its beginning stage and it is actually on the edge of changing the present fixed inter-net into a well featured upcoming Internet. There is incorporation of mobile technology into MSEB automation system due to the rapidly advancing mobile communication technology and the decrease in costs. We propose a system that collects the energy consumption from residential as well as corporate zones and send it directly to the central server where processing is done on that data for preparation of bills. AMR system can be divided into wire AMR system and wireless AMR system according to communication medium used.
Foot-Step Electricity
At present, electricity has become a lifeline for human population. Its demand is increasing day by day. Modern technology needs a huge amount of electrical power for its various operations. Walking is most common activity in day to day life. When a person walks, he loses energy to the road surface in the form of impact , vibration , sound etc. Utilization of this waste energy of foot is known as foot-steps electricity. It is most relevant and important for highly populated countries like India and China. In India, places like roads, railway stations, bus stands millions of people move round the clock. As a result large amount of power can be obtained using this technology. Electricity production is the single largest source of pollution in the whole world. At one hand, rising concern about the gap between demand and supply of electricity for masses has highlighted the exploration of alternate sources of energy and its sustainable use.On the other hand, human population all over the world and hence energy demand is increasing day by day linearly. In order to develop a technique to harness foot step energy, a foot step electricity generating device was developed in the Reactor Control Division, BARC. This device, if embedded in the footpath can convert foot impact energy into electrical form.
